Yes! You can purchase additional devices from select AT&T retail stores, online or by calling 866-595-2933 at any time. These new devices can be professionally or self-installed by you or a professional that you select.
Yes. An authorized AT&T Digital Life Technician will install your Digital Life system. For certain devices, AT&T will coordinate specially licensed AT&T Certified Professionals, like electricians, plumbers, or HVAC technicians to do installation. Your initial standard installation is free.
For first time customers, standard installation is done professionally at no charge. We want to make sure everything works just right for you. If you purchase additional devices or packages after your initial installation, they can be professionally installed by a professional that you select, or self-installed by you.
Yes our Complete Protection guarantee provides Digital Life customers with the peace of mind of knowing that their Digital Life equipment and related service calls are covered as long as they are a customer. Please refer to the Complete Protection section of your AT&T Digital Life Customer Agreement to review the terms and conditions of your product warranty.
Digital Life is available to residential customers in townhomes/duplexes that have a shared floor OR a shared wall, but not both. Digital Life is also available to no more than three residential units that have a shared floor and shared ceiling. For example, Digital Life is available in a townhome with a residential unit on the first floor, a residential unit on the second floor, and a residential unit on the third floor.
Please note that Digital Life does not provide monitored smoke sensors to townhomes/duplexes.
If you move, we will work with you to find an option that works for you. We will likely ask you to consider leaving any equipment in your old home and we will help set your system up in your new home as long as you are still eligible for service in that area with a special mover's promotion.
